"NC DMV sent us a notice saying that we had let our liability insurance lapse on our car. However, they had the incorrect VIN for the car and we had been paying auto insurance on the car since 2008. We assumed that the DMV had incorrectly typed the VIN. However, Kevin figured out that it was State Farm that had the incorrect VIN and it had been incorrect since before he took over our account. The good news is that he straightened out the confusion with no trouble to us. Thanks, Kevin!"

"Kevin and his team have been extremely hopeful through a whole process with insurance and filing claims for me, especially very recently after an accident. Despite all of my phone calls and getting them on the phone with me, they have never been short with me.
